Thank you for your interest in becoming a Life Group Leader at FishHawk Fellowship Church! We are excited that you are willing to seek God’s will and explore a new ministry for your life. Becoming a Life Group Leader is an awesome way to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) that Jesus gave to every believer to make disciples.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
(Matthew 28:19-20)Making disciples is achieved by learning and applying truths and principles from God’s Holy Bible and growing in a deeper relationship with the Heavenly Father through His Son Jesus Christ.
Please complete the following applications(links below) and return them to the FFC office. A Life Group Coach or the Life Group Pastor will evaluate your application for a future Life Group. Please note: the background screening form (“Confidential Application Form”) and outcome will be viewed by only one person on the FFC support staff. In order to be eligible to lead a Life Group you must be a member of FishHawk Fellowship Church and have attended a Life Group in the past.
