New to FishHawk Fellowship?

When you come to FishHawk Fellowship, we understand that it may be a bit overwhelming. If you are a first time guest, stop by our welcome center desk in Building A and someone will assist you in locating where you need to go for Worship Service or Bible Study.

Below are answers to help you feel more comfortable as you come to our church, get your children settled in Praise Kids and experience a dynamic time of worship.

What Does FishHawk Fellowship Believe?

The purpose of FishHawk Fellowship Church is to glorify God through His Son, Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, in the power of the Holy Spirit. We accomplish this through the biblical means of evangelism, edification, exaltation and having a "Passionate Life".

What About My Children?

Sunday Mornings - Praise Kids is an fun, interactive time of worship designed specifically for children. Praise Kids is for children Kindergarten to 5th grade.

Wednesday Evening - Awana is available for children 3 years old (by Sept. 1) through 5th grade.

FishHawk Fellowship's Student Ministries is for students from 6th grade to High School seniors. Their purpose is to spread the fame of God by raising up a godly generation through the cooperative efforts of family, friends and the family of faith—the power of three. Stop by the student ministries page for more information.

What Is The Worship Service Like?

Worship is far more than singing. Worship is a time of fellowship, celebration and learning. Each service centers around the presentation of God's Word which we are committed to sharing in a clear, practical and relevant way.

Our worship has elements of music, prayer, creative arts, and preaching that are all used to communicate and inspire. Depending on the day’s activities, you will see a choir, Praise Team, band or a mix of all three onstage.

How Do I Connect?

Known to some as Sunday school, LIFE Groups are our small group Bible studies. These studies are designed to teach God's truths, equip people to live authentic Christian lives and provide community and accountability. Life Group Studies are offered on various days and times throughout the week. See the Life Group pages on this site for more information.

You can also connect with out church by attending "FishHawk 101" with other prospective members or those who just want to know more about our church. This informative, yet informal, 2-hour class is held every 6-8 weeks and, led by our Senior Pastor, is appropriate for everyone from school-age children to adults. Watch for upcoming dates in the worship guide on Sunday mornings and on our church calendar on this website. More information about FishHawk 101 can be found here.

What Should I Wear?

At FishHawk Fellowship we encourage you to come as you are. God sees our heart and that's what He cares about; it's not about the style of clothing we choose. Just so you'll know, most people attend wearing business-casual attire. Don't be surprised if you see a few suits and ties, as well as many people wearing jeans.

Where Do I Park?

If you are a guest to our church, we invite you to use the guest spaces available directly in front of the church. Simply flash your car lights when you enter the parking lot, and our parking attendants will direct you to a space.
