Leadership Pipeline

How will they know and understand the Good News of Jesus Christ unless someone tells them? The Vocational Ministry leadership Pipeline is a system meant to fulfill the Great Commission at Fishhawk Fellowship Church by discipling, developing, and deploying individuals called to full or part-time vocational ministry. The goal is to build up and send out an army of influencers in our community and around the world to share the Good News with a lost world.

The Vocational Ministry Leadership Pipeline is designed to prepare you for ministry by offering Pipeline classes for two years covering various topics that are helpful to equip you for ministry. These classes are held Tuesday night from 6:30 to 8:30 PM for three months each Fall and Spring. Each student will also be paired with a Coach for 9-24 months as they travel through the Pipeline.

"How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?"
Romans 10:14

Our Vision

When Jesus Commissioned His disciples, he prepared them to go out to a world that needed to hear and receive the Gospel. Here at Fishhawk Fellowship, our vision is to help prepare 100 individuals in the next 7 years (2017 to 2024) to be makers of disciples. God's strategy for fulfilling the Great Commission is accomplished by sending people to serve in vocational ministry and working through those individuals to make disciples, who make disciples.
