Event requests will be processed in an event team meeting. Event meetings take place every Monday at 10:00 AM, you will be invited to the next event meeting to discuss the details of your request with our team.

Please submit event requests 4-6 weeks prior to an event. This timeline ensures that we can meet with you to discuss all of the production, worship and creative needs you have.

If you’ve requested an Event, we will send you an invite to the next scheduled event meeting. If your request is for an ongoing ministry graphic or creative asset, we will confirm the details with you once reviewed.
