Event or Ministry request?
Event requests will be processed in an event team meeting. Event meetings take place every Monday at 10:00 AM, you will be invited to the next event meeting to discuss the details of your request with our team.
Is your request for ongoing ministry? If so, please indicate that in the dropdown field.
TIMELINE
Please submit event requests 4-6 weeks prior to an event. This timeline ensures that we can meet with you to discuss all of the production, worship and creative needs you have.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are here to serve you! After submitting your form, you’ll get a confirmation that your project is in our queue. If you’ve requested an Event, we will send you an invite to the next scheduled event meeting. If your request is for an ongoing ministry graphic or creative asset, we will confirm the details with you once reviewed.

- Social Media Graphics/Posts
- Flyers/Cards Related Directly to your Ministry Areas
- Capture Collab Utilization
- Outsourced Printing to Canva or Pinecrest Printing
TURN AROUND TIMES
2 WEEKS
- Event Graphic
- Social Media Graphic
- Merchandise Design (Shirts, mugs, etc.)
- Generic Print Requests (Posters, signage, stickers, cards, etc.)
4 WEEKS
- Series Graphic
- Video Request
6 WEEKS
- Media Campaign
