Having received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and been baptized by immersion, and being in agreement with
FishHawk Fellowship’s statements, strategy, and structure summarized in the DISCOVER FFC membership class, I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to join the membership of the FishHawk Fellowship Church family. In doing so, I commit myself to God and to the other members to do the following:
… By accepting Christ as my Lord and Savior
… By following up in believers Baptism
… By faithfully attending weekend worship services
… By creating a healthy church environment by refusing to gossip and confronting each other in love
